REFUND/RETURN POLICY
At this point we do not accept returns of our products because of hygienic reasons and avoiding the environmental impacts associated with reverse shipping. Keep in mind that with every product purchased we have made sure to plant a tree on your behalf!

CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not been processed and you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours by emailing us at: care@koaroy.com In the case your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. KOA+ROY reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason and not ship.
