OUT OF STOCK
If we run out of stock, your order will become a pre-order and we will ship it as soon as our products are back in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.

HOLIDAYS AND CLOSINGS
As a company that cares about its team of crafters and encourages them to spend time with loved ones and family, we will be closed on all U.S. official Holidays. If you wish to contact us when we are closed, please email us at: care@koaroy.com and we will respond within the next 5 business days.

DISCLAIMER
We recommend testing our products on a small patch of skin prior to use. If irritation or reaction develops within 24 hours, please discontinue use.

BODY CARE CUBES SHELF LIFE
We recommend to use your massage cubes within 12 months of purchase, although we make sure our ingredients will have at least 24 months of shelf life. Please note that because the massage cubes have only natural ingredients and no synthetic conservatives, they may change to a more yellowish color with time, but will still be usable and effective within 12 months of purchase.
